Thank you for choosing Salt & Citrus Cleaning Co. , a locally owned and operated residential cleaning company. Our goal is to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services that leave your home sparkling and stress-free. By booking or using our services, you (“Client” or “Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Please note: All quotes are subject to change based on the state and condition of the residence.

Salt & Citrus Cleaning Co. is a residential cleaning company that specializes in recurring cleaning and maintaining general household cleaning. While we wish we could assist in all cleans, we do not execute hazmat cleanup. Any cleans that involve remediation of hazardous materials whether they be biological, chemical, radiological, and/or physical, and that have the potential to cause harm to humans, animals, or the environment, Salt & Citrus Cleaning Co. does not perform. 

Payment & Access Policy Disclaimer

By scheduling a cleaning service with Salt & Citrus Cleaning Co., the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

All payments made for scheduled services are non-refundable. In the event that our cleaning team is unable to access the property at the scheduled appointment time due to the client's absence, lack of access (including but not limited to failure to provide keys, security codes, or other means of entry), or any other reason beyond our control, no refund or credit will be issued. However, we are happy to reschedule the service to a mutually agreed-upon date and time that accommodates both parties, subject to availability. 

Cancellation Policy – Recurring Clean Discount

At Salt & Citrus Cleaning Co., we offer discounted rates for clients who commit to recurring cleaning services. If you choose this discounted option and decide to cancel your recurring service within the first 30 days (from the date of your initial clean), your discounted rate will be voided, and you will be charged the standard one-time cleaning rate of $0.15 per square foot for your initial service.

This ensures fairness to both our team and our clients and helps us continue to provide high-quality, reliable service.

At Salt & Citrus Cleaning Co., our team undergoes rigorous background checks, ensuring reliability and trustworthiness, while our company maintains full licensing and insurance for your peace of mind.

1. Scope of Services

Salt & Citrus Cleaning Co. specializes in general household cleaning, including recurring cleaning services designed to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of your home. Services may include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, and other basic cleaning tasks as agreed upon at the time of booking.

Please note:
All quotes are subject to change based on the state and condition of the residence. Our team will provide a final estimate after an on-site or virtual assessment if required.

We do not provide the following services:

  • Hazardous material remediation

  • Hoarding cleanup

  • Biohazard, chemical, or bodily fluid cleanup

  • Mold remediation

  • Pest infestation cleaning

Salt & Citrus Cleaning Co. does not perform any cleaning that involves remediation of hazardous materials, whether they be biological, chemical, radiological, or physical. This includes any scenario that poses a risk to humans, animals, or the environment. We reserve the right to decline any service request we deem unsafe for our staff or outside the scope of our offerings.

2. Access and Entry Policy

It is the responsibility of the client to provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. This includes:

  • Entry through a key, code, or door access

  • Ensuring pets are secured or properly managed

  • Providing parking instructions where applicable

Failure to provide access at the scheduled time will result in a missed appointment, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

We are happy to reschedule your appointment for a mutually agreeable time, subject to availability.

3. Payment Policy

  • All payments for scheduled services are non-refundable.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Recurring service clients may be billed automatically through a secure method on file.

  • Non-payment or declined payments will result in immediate suspension of services until the balance is settled.

4. Cancellation Policy – Recurring Clean Discount

At Salt & Citrus Cleaning Co., we offer discounted rates for clients who commit to recurring cleaning services. If you choose this discounted option and decide to cancel your recurring service before the second visit is completed, your discounted rate will be voided, and you will be charged the standard one-time cleaning rate of $0.15 per square foot for your initial service.

This ensures fairness to both our team and our clients and helps us continue to provide high-quality, reliable service.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to keeping your home less mess, less stress! Please provide 24-48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling; late notice incurs a service fee of $25. 

5. Non-Solicitation of Staff

All Salt & Citrus Cleaning Co. team members are required to sign a non-compete and non-solicitation agreement as a condition of their employment. Clients agree not to solicit or hire any current or former All Salt & Citrus Cleaning Co. employee for private cleaning services outside of our company. Any such solicitation is considered a direct violation of our terms and will result in immediate termination of the employee involved. We kindly ask that all communication and scheduling be handled through our office to maintain professional boundaries and ensure the continued quality of service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Our goal is your satisfaction. If you are not happy with any part of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make every effort to correct the issue in a timely and reasonable manner. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered at the company’s sole discretion.

  • Ensuring pets are secured or properly managed

  • Providing parking instructions where applicable

It is the responsibility of the client to provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. This includes:
